Week 3 EOC: Making Money for Good
The World Wild Life organization is a non profit organization. I decided to choose them because I have an everlasting love for animals. I believe that animals are like humans and I take them very seriously. They are not able to defend themselves easily as humans can and I think they should have the same rights. I actually hold this charity near and dear to my heart because it is something that I believe in. I just sympathize more towards animals for some reason or other.
The purpose of the World Wild Life charity is to of course support the animals. They support the animals by funding to protect wild life needs. This is one of the world's leading conservation organization. They work globally to provide for the needs of these animals. One of their top partners is Coca Cola.
Another thing they do is actually provide fresh water for the people and animals! They do their best by trying to bring solar panels into the mix, this also includes reducing emissions. They also want to ensure that they can spread the word of climate change. This charity is really mostly about give back to the animals and then also some to humans.
“People look to WWF and its leadership to bring imagination and perseverance to the important work of conservation, and to build bridges between government, civil society and business in devising solutions at the scale of the challenges we face. The world demands no less of us."
Carter Roberts
President & CEO
