Situation or SWOT Analysis
As a company there's going to of course be strengths and weakness in the tracks. The strengths are going to be taking pride in what we stand for as a company and that is being able to bring satifaction all around and tie that in we a greener earth. The main section of the plan presents a detailedSWOT analysis of the current marketing situation as well as potential threats and opportunities. (55) Like any company we are also going to have weaknesses such as no body buys the product. Or even worse we have competitors who can blow us out of the water, but it is going to be something that will be overcomed. But we are going to offer something more authentic that can not be easily replaced or overlooked. Managing the marketing function begins with a complete analysis of the company’s situation. The marketer should conduct a swot analysis, by which it evaluates the company’s overall strength. (55)
Objectives
We don’t want to derive our consumers from anything that isn’t worth having. We only want to bring happiness and a chance to escape onto a nice paradise where they can just get away or to be able to take a volcanic escape by one sip. This mission is then turned into detailed supporting objectives that guide the whole company. (39) We offer one of the purest sources of water and the steam is embedded in every sip with a crisp finish. We want to offer a different way of experiencing vodka and it flavor and just to mostly provide a satisfying way of a new drinking experience. The company needs to turn its mission into detailed supporting objectives for each level of management. Each manager should have objectives and be responsible for reaching them. (40)
Mission Statement
Lava Vodka doesn’t want to be like any other brands. We want to be diverse and reach everyone that we can. We want you to take a sip of this vodka and feel in eruption inside as if there were a real
A statement of the organization’s purpose—what it wants to accomplish in the larger environment. (39) The sip of this vodka is going to be one to remember because it is so refine and strong. It will leave a good kick and set high hopes. We hope to bring a strong bond with our consumers and hope to be brought up at dinner parties. But mission statements should be market oriented and defined in terms of satisfying basic customer needs. (39) It's about growing and setting achievable goals. We want to provide great customer satisfaction and keep growing as a family. It is something to feel really satisfied knowing that we accomplished a greener earth one sip at a time. Too often, mission statements are written for public relations purposes and lack specific, workable guidelines. Says marketing consultant Jack Welch

Week 7 EOC: The Pitch
My amazing vodka would be based off using volcanic water in Hawaii. The target is mostly going to be for a more mature audience that have like luxury and can afford it. It is going to have a refined taste with added crystals and will go down smooth. The packaging is going to be a skinny glass bottle with a cap made of gold so this bottle can easily cost up to $60. It is going to be called "Lava Vodka" or "Lava" when poured over ice it has an refreshing taste and then while served as is it's steamy. For something that is based off in Hawaii I feel like the word definitely would own up to par.
We would promote this by getting a famous youtuber to talk about it. Maybe even make a funny commercial about it on YouTube to get some buzz going. And then from there make our own YouTube and Twitter, mostly spreading the word on social media. This product would be made in Hawaii and only sold in Hawaii until the business becomes more stable and then from there it will grow and become a more world wide thing.

Week 5 EOC: Social Networks and Job Hunting
Technology is a huge part of our lives and everyday we use it more and more. It gets more and more advanced and we continue to look forward to the new, latest and greatest device. But now what seems to be more effective way to get your application through to your future employer is to simply put an application in through online. Nowadays there's even huge companies such as Monster and LinkedIn that are a fast track and taking over the old fashioned going to the location and applying in person. So these job interviews are being taken digitally and it's impressive how now the applications are being received.
These job recruits are trying to such as Monster are trying to utilize Facebook and it is a brilliant marketing strategy. It is crucial for these companies to use Facebook because it is an easy way to make more money. Facebook even will know what sites the user goes on and will see if the user has been using Monster or any job ads and from there it will place ads for jobs.

EOC 4: Cult of Apple
The app I came up with is something to keep track of anything
makeup relatable. It's something that can be used to keep images and texts,
almost like a digital journal. But this will be able to add products on lists
like "do not buy again" "repurchase" "loves" etc.
And the way the app will be designed is a pretty vanity mirror with little
products actually on the vanity mirror and you can tap on and you can be able
to add your own little description of the product and rate it. I would name it
something like, "my makeup vanity" or "my makeup station."
And the use is able to put all these little makeups on the table and can move
it around and can even put it in little drawers. The makeup vanity can be as
neat or as messy as one wants. But there would be a limit of how many things
you can keep. These app would be free, but it would have ads and of course in
store purchases. Some of the in store purchases can be something to boost up
the number of makeups you can hold on a table. The app would most likely come with
the basic mascara bottle drawing but the use would be able to tap on it and they
can add current or favorite mascara, so they can name it after Dior or Too
Faced Mascara.
It's just a cute little app that lets you
play with makeup virtually and being able to decorate your own makeup station
the way you want if you could. It’s something that would be available for
free in the iTunes app store and Google Play store. The market would be more for the beauty addicts and people who love cutesy little things.

Week 3 EOC: My Demographics
I am millennial because I was born in 1993. I completely believe I fit into this category. The characteristics are actually based on that we are self indulged, lazy, tech savvy, multi-taskers, and connected. We are standing in line right now for the iPhone 7! It is crazy how true this is about us. Guess it comes with the territory because these things are very much true. I never even knew that these generations had characteristics so I found it quite interesting. And at first I didn't believe it, I assumed it was something that is like zodiac signs.
Millennials also want instant gratification, balance, flexibility, career advancement and a transparent set of mind. I can easily say this is me to a tee. When I first was reading about it I thought I was reading a biography, but it was actually just description of the characteristics of people who are born in the millennials.
Every generation and is different and brings something new to the table. So with that being said millennials aren't that bad at all! This is all useful to implement all these characteristics into the workforce. But all in all we want the next best thing and we are hard core social network fans. We find one thing relevant and the next minute it's old news. It also turns out we are not as subtle as we like to be meaning we are not going to tip toe around the point. I really found this article precise especially with a title like "me me me generation" I never have read anything so accurate!
